Description

York Gin is a perfect mix of nine botanicals, all of which would have been available in the 18th century via spice routes – a nod to the gin craze of the 18th century. These used here are juniper, angelica, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, grains of paradise and lemon peel.

York Gin won a Silver Medal in the Spirits Business Gin Masters 2018.

Tasting Note

Drying juniper, well balanced by lemon and subtle sweet cinnamon.
